Beginning at 11U, each coach/manager must submit a completed East Central Game Day Roster at check-in. At this time, coaches will also present their coach pass card. Classic teams and Recreational teams 16U and up will present player pass cards for team check-in. Coaches will verify the final score with the center referee. The score will be posted within 48 hours. The winning team or in the case of a tie, the “Home Team” will post the score on the East Central website using the log-in method described on score posting.
Game Incident Report on Game Officials
The head referee will report any game day issues by using Game Officials. This would include player, coach and fan misconduct.
This form may be used by any coach, or spectator who feels an incident should be reported to East Central Officials.
By submitting this application your club agrees to review and follow all of East Central Rules for the program you are registering the team for. Clubs/teams must attend scheduling meetings for the league they are applying for. A list of those dates will be provided each season.
Only for Player or Coach Use
When a player receives a red card he/she will need to serve a penalty for that red card. There is a minimum one game suspension for any red card received. Depending on the severity of the penalty, the player may sit for more than one game. East Central's Games Commissioner will determine the number of game penalties and notify the player, coach and club president. The player must serve the suspension on the team he/she is rostered to. The referee will sign the non-participation card verifying the attendance of the player.
In sitations where teams and referees attend a scheduled game and the game is canceled before the teams take the field, the home team will pay the referees their portion of the game fees. The game will have to be rescheduled and at that time the referees must be paid in full by both teams prior to the start of the game.
